Classification of corrugated steel plate
1.According to the base material of steel plate, color-coated corrugated steel plates are usually divided into two types: cold-rolled and hot-rolled, and can be divided into different models based on different processing methods and thicknesses.
2.Based on the galvanizing process, there are hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plates and electro-galvanized corrugated steel plates:
Hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plate: Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of immersing steel plates in molten zinc for galvanizing treatment. The resulting zinc coating is thicker and has good corrosion resistance and weatherability. This type of galvanized corrugated steel plate is widely used in construction, vehicles, ships, and other fields.
Electro-galvanized corrugated steel plate: Electro-galvanizing deposits a layer of zinc on the surface of steel plates through electrochemical methods. The resulting zinc coating is thinner but uniform, with good surface finish. Electro-galvanized corrugated steel plates are mainly used in situations with high requirements for corrosion resistance and appearance.
3.Classification by application parts - including roof panel, wall panel, floor panel and ceiling panel, etc. Color steel plate is also used as wall decoration panel during application, which creates novel and unique architectural decoration effect.
4.Classification by wave height - including high wave plate (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium wave plate (wave height < 70mm) and low wave plate (wave height < 30mm).
5.Classification by base plate material - including hot-dip galvanized base plate, hot-dip aluminum-zinc and hot-dip galvanized aluminum base plate, etc.
6.Classification by plate seam structure - including overlapping, undercutting and crimping structures, etc. Among them, medium and high wave plates with undercutting and crimping structures are suitable for roof panels with high waterproof requirements; medium and high wave plates with overlapping structures are suitable for floor cover plates with galvanized plate; low wave plates with overlapping structures are suitable for wall panels.
